The main reason for extracting Peppermint Oil using the Steam distillation method is it preserves the integrity of the plant oils.

DIY Bath Salt
In a small bowl mix,
4 Cups YOGTI Epsom Salts 2 Cups YOGTI Baking Soda 1/4 tsp YOGTI Peppermint Essential Oil
Diffuser
In a diffuser add,
4-6 Drops of YOGTI Peppermint Essential Oil
Enjoy the amazing aroma for hours
Massage
In a small bowl mix,
250 ml of YOGTI Castor Oil
15-20 drops of YOGTI Peppermint Essential Oil
Apply the blend for a relaxing massage, while leaving skin feeling nourished and hydrated
Cooling Spray
In a small bottle mix,
4 oz of warm distilled water
2 tsp YOGTI WITCH HAZEL
15-20 drops of YOGTI Peppermint Essential Oil
